I suggest printing them, mailing a copy to each of the credit reporting agencies and one to your grandmother--the sysadmin. That way when you need to retrieve them, you just need to pull your credit report or visit the home.

That's easy to solve, just store your passwords and passphrases in a plain text file so they are convenient!

Pehaps keep them in the Windows cut/paste buffer so you can paste them any time you get prompted.

Even better, just keep the file on the web somewhere so you can access it from any machine you need to.
