I have scoured the internet for a solution with no success. Same symptoms you describe, and the only time it happens (at least that I have recreated) is when I go to mapquest or maps.google, and utilize the AJAX piece of the map. My router is a Netgear WGR614v3. I never had a problem with my old XP computer and mapquest. I did take the time to download the latest firmware for the router to no avail.
